DOWNLOADING THE BEAT IS QUICK & EASY!
Mobile registration instructions
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera or search for the FirstUp app in your mobile device's app store.
- Click Get to download the FirstUp app. You may be asked to enter your Apple or Google login information if you are not already signed in.
- Once the download is complete, open the FirstUp app.
- Click Tap to Continue at the bottom of the screen.
- Type biglots into the search bar. Then, click NEXT at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Don’t have an account? Join now at the bottom of the screen.
- Next, you’ll see a page that looks similar to the one above. Enter your Associate ID number and a password of your choice. The password must contain eight characters. You’ll be automatically taken to the next screen.
- Enter your Associate ID number and last name. Then, click SAVE.
- Congratulations — YOU’RE IN! Your registration process is complete and you can start exploring all that The Beat has to offer. Don't forget to enable push notifications from the FirstUp app so you don't miss a beat!

Web registration instructions
- Click here to visit The Beat log-in page. Since you are a first-time user, click Don’t have an account? Join now
- Enter your Associate ID number and a password of your choice. Your password must contain eight characters. Then, click Join Now.
- Enter your Associate ID number and last name. Then, click Continue.
- Congratulations — YOU’RE IN! Your registration process is complete and you can start exploring all that The Beat has to offer.
You can use your account information to sign in on both the mobile app and web platforms.
